donalee Moulton, Principal
donalee has worked for government, the private sector, and non-profits. In 1994, she was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and left her job as director of communications to start Quantum. She has never looked back.

donalee is a freelance journalist. Her byline has appeared in over 100 publications, including Canadian Living, The Globe and Mail, Maclean's, and The National Post.

donalee is a professional educator. She has taught communications and writing-related courses at Dalhousie, Saint Mary’s, and Mount Saint Vincent universities in Nova Scotia. She has also led training workshops for government, companies, and non-profits.

Cheryl Enman, Account Manager
Cheryl has a business degree from Saint Mary’s University and over 25 years’ experience working in public relations and communications.

She has significant experience:

• developing and managing successful communications plans

• working with designers, photographers, website developers, and printers

• managing the production of communications and marketing materials

• managing the development and maintenance of websites

• preparing, monitoring, and evaluating online and print surveys

Rand Gaynor, Graphic Designer
Rand has been in graphic design for over 30 years. For over 20 of those years, he was a partner in a successful graphic design firm.

His career has also included:

• one year as Marketing Communications Director with the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development in Yellowknife

• over two years as Programs Manager for Shambhala International

• four years as Creative Director for Outcrop Communications in Yellowknife

• several years as the owner of a successful retail business in Halifax
